As the Principal of the school, I feel honoured and privileged to be part of an educational institution where every stakeholder is a learner and every day is an opportunity to learn and discover.
      "To Motivate the Late bloomers, To mold the Mediocre and To Challenge the Gifted” is the teaching notion. Providing good quality modern education including a strong component of cultural values, environment awareness and physical education to talented children in rural areas irrespective of their family’s socio-economic condition is the prime motto of Thaai. A committed and supportive management, dedicated teachers, caring and co-operative parents blend harmoniously to create this school as a child-centric school.
      The school is striving hard to make the best possible efforts to inculcate strong values combining with academics and extra-curricular activities in the children. Converting every individual into a self-reliant and independent citizen, the school provides an amalgam of scholastic and co-scholastic activities.
      Our staff fruitfully employ two diverse strategies that are of Love and Logic to foster a positive learning environment for all our students. Love and Logic may seem like two contrasting forces. While love helps nurture trusting relationships, where students feel respected, appreciated and loved by the teachers, logic helps develop in students personal responsibility, self control, good decision making skills self confidence, and character building with high moral values.
      A good career is important but a good character is paramount. We believe that 'individuals' are the atoms that hold tremendous power within to serve as agents of change and thus are confident that our students, enriched with a sense of high morality and social responsibility will be makers of a virtuous society.
      I appreciate every student who shared the joy of participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities along with their commitment to curriculum. That little extra we do, is the icing on the cake. ‘Do more than belong – participate. Do more than care – help. Do more than believe – practice. Do more than be fair – be kind. Do more than forgive – forget. Do more than dream – work. To my mind education as an idea, is not just about bricks ,mortar and concrete , but about building character , enriching minds and about varied experiences that last a lifetime.
